A New Exhibit in the Walt Meade Gallery
Opening Reception: Saturday, January 18, 3:00 pm
at the Roxbury Arts Center, 5025 Vega Mountain Road, Roxbury NY

The Roxbury Arts Group invites the public to the Opening Reception of “Do You Read Me?”, a new exhibit curated by Beth Caspar of work that uses text in forms that aren’t meant to be read in the conventional sense, literally can’t be read, or are contextually ambiguous.
Along with a separate artist talk on Saturday February 15 at 2:00pm. A group exhibit, works in this exhibition include books that can’t be opened or even accessed, and letters and words that can’t be read in a way that makes sense, causing the route to engagement with the work to be abandoned and a different one discovered and employed. The Opening Reception and visits to the Walt Meade Gallery are always free and open to all.
